- Nominees must be willing to participate in the complete makeover process. (example: take advantage of the fitness program MMAXout provides, work with the stylists/technician provided at Lords & Ladies and allow before/after photographs to be taken)
- Participants can not be a Dad, Husband or Grandfather to any employee of Lords & Ladies or MMAXout
