L&L MedSpa is thrilled to welcome Dr. Richard Goldfarb, M.D., FACS to our L&L MedSpa! Dr. Goldfarb has over 30 years of experience and is a top-ranked board-certified general, vascular, and cosmetic surgeon and a trailblazer in the esthetics industry!

A board-certified surgeon who specializes in non-surgical and surgical techniques to treat the signs of aging, using cutting-edge technology to ensure your medical services are top-of-the-line with the best tools available! With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Goldfarb is a sought-after pioneer in the field of Esthetics and the perfect addition to the L&L MedSpa! 

New and advanced treatments including laser hair removal, threading, and medical-grade product lines are just a few of the enhancements that Dr. Goldfarb will bring to the L&L MedSpa along with Medical Director Dr. Kirk McMurtry, MD.

Dr. Goldfarb earned his medical degree with top honors from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He then completed his surgical residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. He also received surgical training through his residency at Akron General Medical Center of the Cleveland Clinic, in Akron, Ohio.

In addition to his experience in general surgery, Dr. Goldfarb received his cosmetic surgery education at the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Plastic Surgery in Philadelphia, and at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Dr. Goldfarb has practiced as a Cosmetic, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Specialist in Downingtown, PA, is the medical director of Selphyl® and Miracu PDO Threads, serves as a Medical Board Member of BTL Aesthetics and performed trials of Emsculpt, performed initial trials, and continues to perform trials with publications in medical journals.

Outside the office, Dr. Goldfarb is a faculty member and lecturer for The Aesthetic Show, an organization dedicated to training physicians in esthetic medicine. He also belongs to several professional organizations, including The American Society of Lasers in Medicine, the American Academy of Liposuction Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
