Botox® Cosmetic
BOTOX®Cosmetic injections erase wrinkles by immobilizing muscles in specific facial areas such as the forehead and around the eyes. This causes the muscles that form vertical forehead frown creases and crow’s-feet to relax and minimizes the appearance of these signs of aging. BOTOX®Cosmetic injections result in smoother and younger looking skin in the face and neck area without surgery.
BOTOX®Cosmetic is an FDA-approved substance, which is injected directly into the frown muscle or the wrinkle area. Within 24-72 hours the muscles will relax and the wrinkles and frown disappear. The frustrated, tired and angry look on the face will disappear and the patient will look younger with a smoother skin.
It takes few minutes to inject, and its effects last for few months (3-6 months). The treatment has to be repeated as the wrinkles or frown will re-appear. With repeated injection the effects tend to stay longer.

Kybella®
What is KYBELLA®?
KYBELLA® is a prescription medicine used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin.”
You may need multiple injections under the chin per treatment; up to 6 treatments spaced at least 1 month apart. Treatment is tailored to the amount of fat under the chin and aesthetic goals.
How long will it last? When injected into fat under the chin, KYBELLA® causes the destruction of fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store or accumulate fat. After reaching your desired aesthetic, further treatment is not expected.

Tina Llewellyn, joined the L&L MedSpa full-time in 2020 and brought with her experience serving the Lehigh Valley in aesthetic Botox and filler services. Previously, Tina worked for over 12 years as a Registered Nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit.
With 5 years of injecting experience, Tina offers both medical skin care and Botox services. Trained by Advanced Aesthetic Institute in the combined use of Botox and cosmetic fillers for facial enhancement she also received extensive hands-on training in medical skincare, PRFM hair restoration, full facial rejuvenation with PRFM injections, and microneedling. Tina’s aesthetic philosophy is to enhance a person’s natural beauty with a “less is more” approach. Her easy going nature is inviting and soothing to her clients. Tina is devoted to making your visit as comfortable as possible and assuring you that you will leave feeling like your best self. Tina will be serving clients in our Fleetwood, Gilbertsville, and Perkiomenville locations.

Melissa Buchter, a board certified nurse practitioner with 3 years of experience and 15 years of experience as a registered nurse in a variety of intensive care units, brings her professionalism and education to Lords and Ladies Salon and Medical Spa!
Now injecting for 3+ years, she looks forward to continuing to keep up to date on the aesthetic trends and creating ways for everyone to look and feel their best. Melissa was trained by Allergan for Botox, Juvederm fillers, PDO threads and micothreads, PRFM hair restoration, PRFM injections, and microneedling. Jamie Evans, MSN, CRNP- Nurse Injector
Jamie Evans, a certified registered nurse practitioner, brings over 14 years of nursing experience to the Lords and Ladies Salon & Medical Spa in Fleetwood.
Jamie’s training in Botox and Cosmetic fillers from the Allergan Medical Institute will help you reach your facial enhancement goals.
