We are honored to have had the opportunity to preserve a piece of Berks County history with our Sinking Spring location. The property, known as the Hain/Krick House, was named after Anna Marie Hain, the first owner, and William Krick, the home’s second owner. Built in 1700, most of the original aesthetics of this beautiful old farmhouse have been preserved by restoring the original limestone walls, wood floors, and fireplaces. If you look closely while checking in at the front desk, there are roman numeral dates and initials carved into the reclaimed wood from the attic! These little touches are what makes this building so special. The Sinking Spring location has an incredible amount of charm combined with our signature modern updates and provides a truly unique experience. Stop by and see what we’ve done with the place!
