Gift Card Policies
- Gift Cards are valid on services and products. They may not be redeemed for cash, are nonrefundable and never expire. Not responsible if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Discounted Holiday & Mother’s Day Gift Cards
- 20% Off Holiday Gift Cards may be redeemed starting 12/26
- 20% Off Mother’s Day Gift Cards may be redeemed starting on Mother’s Day
- Discounted Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, gratuity, or to purchase any other Gift Cards.
- Lords & Ladies is not responsible for Gift Cards if lost or stolen.
- You have two options for purchasing Gift Cards online:
- E-Gift Cards can be ordered online and are instantly sent to either the purchaser’s or recipient’s inbox. There is no additional fee for this Gift Card option. Gift Cards must then be printed and can be redeemed in any of our seven salon locations.
- Gift Cards by Mail can be ordered online and will be mailed to either the purchaser or the recipient.
- Please specify in the Shopping Cart Notes if you would like your Gift Card sent to another address.
- Gift Cards by mail will incur the current Shipping & Handling Fee which will be added to the total amount at the time of purchase.
- Gift Cards by Mail can be redeemed in any of our seven salon locations.
- We CANNOT guarantee delivery by a specific date for Gift Cards by Mail, especially during the holidays when shipping times may vary. If your purchase is time sensitive, we recommend purchasing a Gift Card in any of our salon locations OR an E-Gift Card which is emailed to the purchaser or a recipient instantly.
- PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accept Gift Cards as payment for online purchases.
Product & Retail Policies
- Products purchased in the salon may be exchanged within 60 days (Exchanged products must be more than 1/2 full). Sorry, NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Products purchased online, may be returned or exchanged within 60 days. (Returned or exchanged products must be more than 1/2 full). Items may be exchanged for another item or returned for a Gift Card which may be redeemed in any of our seven salon locations. Credit/exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Make up and tools are not returnable. (If tools were NOT opened/used may be exchanged.)
- All orders of $35 or more will receive FREE USPS priority shipping.
- Orders less than $35 will receive $8 flat rate via USPA standard shipping.
- Shipping times may vary by seasonality, location, and other factors.
- At this time we are shipping to the contiguous U.S. only.
Gift with Purchase
- Order Value after return must still meet minimum purchase requirement in order to receive full refund onto original form of payment. Should return drop below original purchase requirement, returns without the Gift with Purchase will be put onto merchandise credit.
- FREE Samples have no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or other items.
