Payment for Products & Services

  • When utilizing our secure Online Booking tool, you will be asked to enter a credit card to be kept on file in order to schedule appointments online.  
    • You will NOT be automatically charged for services.
    • Please see the front desk checkout when you are ready to leave and we will happily assist you in the checkout process. (see cancellation policies below).
  • You will NEVER be asked by any stylist or associate of L&L to send a deposit for services to any personal payment account such as Venmo or others like it. If you are ever asked to remit payment directly to a provider or associate, please call us at 844.725.6655 immediately.
  • L&L Accepts payment for gratuity via the Tippy tipping application, cash, or check.
  • Credit Card Fee Notice: Effective September 3, 2024, We add a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions. This fee is equal to or less than the fees we pay for credit card processing. Debit Card, Cash or Check transactions will not incur a surcharge.

Laser Hair Reduction Packages

  • Consultation Required: A number of factors contribute to achieving the best results for Laser Hair Reduction Services. If you are starting a new LHR Area or have never received a Laser Hair Reduction treatment; a complimentary consultation is required to ensure you are a good candidate for this service. 
    • Factors Include:
      • Hair & Skin Type: Depending on your unique hair and skin type you may or may not be an ideal candidate for this service.
      • Treatment Area: Some areas are more ideal for Laser Hair Reduction than others. Your Esthetician will help you determine if your desired area is conducive to this service.
  • Non-refundable: Packages are non-refundable. This is why we require a complimentary consultation before you purchase your package. 
  • Payment Types: In an effort to offer the best possible pricing to all clients during our Promotional Introductory Offer (9/1-12/31/24); we are unable to accept Discounted Gift Cards or Store Credits as form of payment. Please pay by cash, check, credit card, or debit card. 
  • Non-Transferable & No Substitutions: LHR Packages cannot be transferred to another client or redeemed for other LHR Areas or MedSpa services. 
  • Expiration: Packages and associated unused vouchers will expire three (3) years from date of purchase.

Consultation for Services

  • Every service includes our signature complimentary consultation.Your Service Provider will take the time to understand your desired outcome.
  • Based on the consultation, at times, changes will be made to the original services that were scheduled.
  • Multiple visits may need to be scheduled to achieve the desired outcome or for timing purposes.
  • Changes to services, pricing and maintenance plans should be agreed upon by both parties at this time.
  • To ensure clear and transparent communication, you may be asked to complete a Consultation Agreement Form.

Cancellation & “No Show” Policy

  • We understand that plans change.  In order to best serve our clients and our staff we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service should you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) for the day.
  • “No Show” appointments may be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) for the day.
  • All cancellation fees will be charged using the credit card on file. If we do not have a credit card on file, we will contact you for payment and require a credit card on file to reserve future appointments. 

Age Requirements

  • All clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the consultation. We prefer parent or guardian to be in person, phone calls only when necessary. This is to ensure the client and parent fully understand the services being performed, pricing, and maintenance required.
  • Please make childcare arrangements for children who do not have an appointment for services.

Service Guarantee

  • We do our very best to ensure that you are thrilled with your service experience at Lords & Ladies. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact the location services were received within one week of your service and we will be happy to schedule you for a redo service free of charge.
  • Ideally your redo will be scheduled with the same provider; if you request a different provider, the salon manager will determine an appropriate alternative provider for you.
  • Our goal is to achieve the desired results of the client as well as maintain the integrity of their hair. At times, the request of the client may be unachievable and we reserve the right to suggest alternative services at that time. 

Product & Retail Policies

  • Products purchased in the salon or on lordsandladiessalons.com may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • If the replacement item price is greater than the original product, the customer is responsible to pay the difference.
  • Sorry, NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • ALL SALES FINAL for all Tools, brushes, and makeup.
  • GHD HOT TOOLS & BRUSHES – Please see manufacturer’s warranty regarding defective products.

Devices

  • In order to maintain the most relaxed atmosphere possible, please make sure all devices are silenced during your visit.

Right to Refuse Service

  • L&L reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who is demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Head Lice Policy

  • It is against Pennsylvania State Board policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client is diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we will not be able to complete services the same day. Please consult with your pharmacist or physician for care instructions and the client may return to the salon after 14 days of treatment.

General Policies

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle while parked in our lot.
  • We are not responsible for damage to clothing. Smocks are available for your protection.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Card Policies

  • Gift Cards are valid on services and products. They may not be redeemed for cash, are nonrefundable. Not responsible if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. A $10 reissue fee will be applied for any lost or stolen gift cards and applied to the transfer of the balance to the replacement gift card.
  • Gift Cards and the underlying funds will expire 5 years from the date of issuance. An annual inactivity fee of 33.3% of the balance of underlying funds as of the Inactivity Date will be charged. Inactivity Date occurs after 1 year of non-use of the underlying funds. 

Discounted Holiday & Mother’s Day Gift Cards

  • 20% Off Holiday Gift Cards may be redeemed starting 12/26.
  • 20% Off Mother’s Day Gift Cards may be redeemed starting on Mother’s Day.
  • Discounted Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, gratuity, to purchase any other Gift Cards, or be redeemed with a Family discount.
  • Lords & Ladies is NOT responsible for Gift Cards if lost or stolen. In the event that a Gift Card is lost, damaged, or stolen, a new gift card can be issued for a $10 reissue fee.
  • PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accept Gift Cards as payment for online purchase.
  • Some exclusions may apply.

Free Gift with Purchase and L&L Bonus Bucks

  • At times, Lords & Ladies will offer promotions that include a “Free Gift with Purchase” and “L&L Bonus Bucks”.
  • Free Gift With Purchase
    • Valid while supplies last.
    • Sorry, no returns, exchanges, or substitutions.
    • No cash value.
  • L&L Bonus Bucks
    • Bonus bucks are promotional vouchers that will have a specific redemption and expiration period.
    • L&L is not responsible for and cannot replace Bonus Bucks that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed.
    • Bonus bucks carry no cash value and are valid for one time use only. No change will be issued if full balance of Bonus Bucks are not redeemed.
    • Bonus Bucks cannot be redeemed for online purchases or to purchase Gift Cards.

Shipping

  • All orders of $50 or more will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail.
  • Orders less than $50 will receive $8 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Gift Cards of any denomination will receive $8 flat rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Shipping times may vary by seasonality, location, and as a result other factors.
  • At this time we are shipping to the contiguous U.S. only.

FREE Samples

  • FREE Samples have no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or other items.
