Gift Card Policies
- Gift Cards are valid on services and products. They may not be redeemed for cash, are nonrefundable and never expire. Not responsible if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Lords & Ladies Salons and Medical Spa reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee on gift cards that have not had any transactions for at least twelve months.
- Discounted Holiday & Mother’s Day Gift Cards
- 20% Off Holiday Gift Cards may be redeemed starting 12/26
- 20% Off Mother’s Day Gift Cards may be redeemed starting on Mother’s Day
- Discounted Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, gratuity, to purchase any other Gift Cards, or be redeemed with Friends & Family discount.
- Lords & Ladies is not responsible for Gift Cards if lost or stolen. In the event that a Gift Card is lost, damaged, or stolen, a new gift card can be issued for a $10 reissue fee.
- You have three options for purchasing Gift Cards online:
- E-Gift Cards can be ordered online and are instantly sent to either the purchaser’s or recipient’s inbox. There is no additional fee for this Gift Card option. Gift Cards must then be printed and can be redeemed in any of our seven salon locations.
- FREE Pick Up In Salon can be ordered online and picked up in the salon location of your choice.
- Please specify in the Shopping Cart Notes if anyone other than the purchaser is picking up the Gift Card.
- To pick up Gift Card, please present order confirmation and a Government Issued ID or Driver’s License.
- There is no additional shipping or handling fee for this option.
- We CANNOT guarantee delivery by a specific date for In-Salon Pick Up Gift Cards, especially during the holidays. If your purchase is time sensitive, we recommend purchasing a Gift Card in any of our salon locations OR an E-Gift Card which is emailed to the purchaser or a recipient instantly. Please wait until you receive an email letting you know your order is ready before arriving at the salon to pick it up. Normally, this is about 24-48 hours.
- Gift Cards ordered on Friday after 11am will be delivered to the pick up location the following Monday.
- Gift Cards by Mail can be ordered online and will be mailed to either the purchaser or the recipient.
- Please specify in the Shopping Cart Notes if you would like your Gift Card sent to another address.
- Gift Cards by mail will incur the current Shipping & Handling Fee which will be added to the total amount at the time of purchase.
- Gift Cards by Mail can be redeemed in any of our seven salon locations.

Product & Retail Policies
- Products purchased in the salon may be exchanged within 60 days (Exchanged products must be more than 1/2 full). Sorry, NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Products purchased online, may be returned or exchanged within 60 days. (Returned or exchanged products must be more than 1/2 full). Items may be exchanged for another item or returned for a Gift Card which may be redeemed in any of our seven salon locations. Credit/exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Tools, brushes, and makeup are non-returnable. (If tools were NOT opened/used they may be exchanged.)
- GHD HOT TOOLS & BRUSHES – ALL SALES FINAL. Sorry, no returns or exchanges for store credit or refund. Please see manufacturer’s warranty regarding defective products.
- All orders of $35 or more will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders less than $35 will receive $8 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail.
- Gift Cards of any denomination will receive $8 flat rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
- Shipping times may vary by seasonality, location, and as a result other factors.
