LL Salon Group, the parent company of Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa names Rebecca Ezolt, Chief Executive Officer

Terry Derr, the founder of Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa, along with his wife Lori, and family, has named Rebecca Ezolt, chief executive officer of LL Salon Group, the franchisor to Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa. Terry opened the first Lords & Ladies in Pottstown in 1984 and has grown the brand to seven locations throughout Berks and Montgomery counties, PA. Terry and Lori will continue to serve as the company’s primary advisors.

In addition, Michele Sundermier who led Lords & Ladies as its Director of Operations for over twenty-two years embarked on her well-earned retirement at the end of April. Michele and her husband Rick, look forward to spending more time together, at the beach, and with their grandchildren.

“We are excited about the future of Lords & Ladies,” said Terry. “In September we franchised each of our seven locations to long-time, successful employees. Our company went from one large family-owned business to seven independently owned and operated family businesses and it couldn’t be going better. During this time we also began a relationship with new owners of our L&L MedSpa, truly bringing the management of the medspa in-house, under the medical supervision of Dr. Kirk McMurty, MD, FACS, medical director.”

Terry continued, “Rebecca’s leadership along with our LL Salon Group team, will continue to expand our extensive menu of services, offer the best in professional hair, nail, and skin care,  strengthen the L&L brand, and position the company for future growth. As I enter this next chapter, I look forward to serving LL Salon Group in an advisory capacity, entering into some new business ventures, and spending more time with my family.”

Rebecca said, “I am honored to be a part of Lords & Ladies’ 37 year history which has built a reputation of excellence throughout the communities we serve. I look forward to continuing Terry’s legacy of truly elevating the status of the beauty professional. L&L has always provided amazing career opportunities and benefits. Now, those with an entrepreneurial spirit have the chance to achieve the ultimate American dream, and own a L&L franchise.”
