A hair salon manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a hair salon. They must ensure that the salon is running smoothly by:
- Ensuring profitable business growth. They must promote products and services on social media channels to reach new customers and generate sales.
- Overseeing customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that the services and product offerings are aligned with what customers are looking for.
