Step 1: Consultation

Before you book an appointment to get your brows laminated, go for a consultation. Choose a salon or spa with experienced professionals who can help you understand your needs, skin type, brow, and face shape.

They will also ask about any allergies and conduct a patch test to ensure everything is in order should you decide to go through with it. If you’re using chemical treatments like retinol or chemical peels, now is a good time to share such info.

Step 2: The Clean Up

Once you’ve made an appointment, the professional will apply a cleanser to your brow area to remove oil, makeup, and grime. They will also prep the area with a serum that makes the hair malleable and easier to brush.

Step 3: Creating a New Shape

After applying the first lotion, the brows can easily be maneuvered, helping the professional laminate them with a film wrap. They will leave this on for a few minutes, depending on the thickness of your brows.
