Twice each year we offer Graduate Classes for Licensed Stylists. The building blocks of our family-owned business, our Graduate Classes, will bring you success and help you excel in your career.

New Talent Classes are made available to those who successfully complete our Graduate Classes. Skilled professionals and recent graduates are eligible for participation in these courses. These New Talent Classes are taught by L'Oreal Professional Artists.

Platform Artist Classes are offered (in many cases) twice a month. All areas of the beauty business are incorporated into these courses, taught by world-renowned Platform Artists, to our more than 200 service providers. Our teams will learn the most current styles, techniques, and technologies from these gifted educators.

If you are desirous of one of our coveted positions, it is important that you understand what qualifications and skills are requireed. So, you must have:

Valid cosmetologist license in the Commonwealth of PA
Demonstrated proficiency in manicuring and pedicuring, hair coloring, high/lowlighting, perms, balayage, haircutting, and styling
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional verbal communication abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
