The skills and qualifications for the position of Salon Stylist include:

• Current cosmetologist license in the Commonwealth of PA
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in haircutting, styling, hair coloring, high/lowlighting, balayage, manicuring and pedicuring
• Pleasing and outgoing personality and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate verbally
• Professional appearance
• Excellence in customer service

Founded in 1984, Lords and Ladies Salon & Medical Spa has seven full-service salons that feature over 200 beauty professionals, including talented Stylists, Nail Technicians, Estheticians, Massage Therapists and Nurses who create amazing results and positive emotional experiences for clients in a beautiful and welcoming environment.

Our educational team consists of our top stylists from each location who travel around the world to keep Lords and Ladies in front of all the latest beauty industry trends. They work in our salons to help answer and guide you through a great working experience.

Graduate Classes are available to Licensed Stylists every February, July and October. Classes are taught by our Lords and Ladies Education Team and held at our 4,000 Sq.Ft., state-of-the-art Education Center in Douglassville, PA on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Upon successful completion of our Graduate Program, New Talent Stylists attend training classes with L'Oreal Professional Artists every Thursday for eight weeks.

We also provide numerous company-funded hands-on educational classes throughout the year with exclusive Platform Artists from around the world.
