Our Commitment to Education

Every service professional at Lords and Ladies Salon & Medical Spa receives lifelong training, which prompted us to open our 4,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Education Center in Douglassville in 2010.

Our goal is to provide our Stylists with the skills they need to be creative, forward-thinking and technically proficient hairdressers and help them excel in their fields.

Graduate Classes are available to Licensed Stylists every February, July and October. Classes are taught by the Lords and Ladies Education Team and held at our Education Center on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Upon successful completion of the Graduate Program, New Talent Stylists attend training classes with L'Oreal Professional Artists every Thursday for eight weeks.

World-renowned Platform Artists are invited to our Education Center to teach our entire staff of over 200 service providers. They are the best of the best in the industry worldwide. Platform Artist Classes are held twice a month.

Each salon also has dedicated advocates for our hair product lines who assist in our Graduate classes, as well as in the Platform Artists classes. These 18 advocates receive additional education directly from the manufacturers, and include L'Oréal Advocates, Evo Advocates, Davines Advocates, Mirabella Makeup Advocates, and Eufora Elite Team Members.
