Exceptional customer service skills
Professional appearance
Excellent verbal communication abilities
Professional attitude and an outgoing and pleasing personality
Demonstrated proficiency in styling, haircutting, hair coloring, perming, high/lowlighting, manicuring, and pedicuring
Valid cosmetologist license in the Commonwealth of PA

You are guaranteed to evolve and excel as a Hair Stylist with Lords & Ladies. We are committed to education and offer more than 700 continuing education training hours each year. These take place at our 4,000 sq. ft. Education Center located in Douglassville, PA.

We provide Graduate Classes twice a year and New Talent Stylists who complete this course will be able to attend another 8 week course lead by L'OrÃ©al Professional Artists. Completion of these courses result in certification in the content areas.

And because we offer aggressive advertising/marketing campaigns, you will then be able to build your business within our business. Your client base will expand within ours and you will attain new levels in your career whether you are a seasoned professional or a new graduate.

Plus, we choose the best of the best to attend conferences all over the world. They are then eligible to become part of our personal education team. You will be given the opportunity to aspire to one of these positions and thereby attend places like: London Academies, Paris Academies, the L'OrÃ©al SOHO Academy and the Eufora YOU School for Cutting Foundation 1 and Foundation 2.
