Our company is built upon a firm belief in continuing education provided by world-class educators. In fact, we offer more than 700 continuing education hours at our Education Center in Douglassville, PA each year. And we focus on exceptional customer service while utilizing cutting-edge technology.

We employ our own educational team which is comprised of our top stylists from each salon location. They travel around the world to ensure that Lords & Ladies is in front of all the latest beauty trends and techniques. They return to their salons to offer help and guidance to our staff members so that we all enjoy a great working experience.

Licensed Stylists can attend Graduate Classes twice a year, in July and October. These classes are taught at our Education Center on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Those who complete the course can then take training classes offered by L'OrÃ©al Professional Artists. Completion of our courses result in certification in the content areas.
