Educational Enhancement

No matter how much, or how little, experience you have, there is always room for growth and improvement. This is why we strive to Educate. Evolve. Excel. So, we take continuing education quite seriously.

We offer Graduate Classes for Licensed Stylists that begin every July and October. Graduate Classes focus on the building blocks of our family-owned business' success and will help you excel in your career.

When Graduate Classes are completed, you will then be able to take the New Talent Classes. These are available to recent graduates and skilled professionals. We believe the strongest trees have the deepest roots so these classes provide you with the ability to dig down deep. New Talent Classes are taught by L'OrÃ©al Professional Artists.

Twice a month (in many cases) we offer Platform Artist Classes. World-renowned Platform Artists teach these courses to our more than 200 service providers incorporating all areas of the beauty business. They teach our team the most current technology, techniques, and styles.

Now that you understand what we are about, and how you will gain from working with us, it is important that you understand the skills and qualifications necessary to make you eligible for one of our coveted positions. You must have:

Professional appearance and attitude
Exceptional verbal communication abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated proficiency in haircutting, styling, balayage, perms, high/lowlighting, hair coloring, manicuring and pedicuring
Valid cosmetologist license in the Commonwealth of PA
