Salon Stylist Qualifications & Skills

Every July and October we offer Graduate Classes to Licensed Stylists. The Lords & Ladies' Education Team leads these classes within our 4,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Education Center located in Douglassville, PA. Classes are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Successful completion of our Graduate Program enables New Talent Stylists to attend additional training classes with L'Oréal Professional Artists every Thursday for eight weeks.

The Education Team provided by Lords & Ladies is made up of members who have accomplished a wide array of achievements during annual educational trips. Stylists who attend these academy classes will return with certifications in the class content.

Since 2008, we have participated in Paris Academies, London Academies, as well as those in Amsterdam, Australia, Barcelona, Berlin, Madrid, Milan, and Rome. And, we attended two Color Trophy Award events. Additionally, we have gone to SOHO Academy, the biannual L'Oreal World Tour, and Eufora YOU School for Cutting (Foundation 1 and Foundation 2).
