Our family owned business was founded in 1984 but has expanded to include full-service salons that boast more than 200 beauty professionals including: Registered Nurses, Nail Technicians, Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Hair Stylists. In fact, we offer more than 700 continuing education hours throughout the year. New Talent Stylists will attend our Graduate Classes, which are offered in July and October of each year. The courses take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Then an additional 8 weeks will be spent learning from L'Oréal professional artists. Each stylist completing our classes will receive certification in the content area.

Many of our courses are led by our very own Education Team. This team consists of the top stylists from each of our locations. These ladies and gentlemen travel around the world to keep Lords & Ladies in front of all the latest beauty industry trends. They return to our salons and offer answers and guidance to ensure you have a great working experience.

Lords & Ladies is always seeking gifted Stylists who are passionate about what they do and are driven to excel. The qualifications and skills for the Hair Stylist position include:

• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Professional Appearance
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities
• Professional attitude with an outgoing and pleasing personality
• Demonstrated proficiency in hair coloring, haircutting, high/lowlighting, perms, styling, balayage, manicuring, and pedicuring
• Valid cosmetologist license in the Commonwealth of PA
