Commitment to Education

We have been one of the most trusted salons in Berks & Montgomery counties for more than 30 years, and our focus on education and training has paved the way for our service professionals to establish rewarding and lucrative careers in the beauty industry.

Graduate Classes are available to Licensed Stylists every February, July and October. Classes are taught by the Lords and Ladies Education Team and held in Douglassville, PA at our state-of-the-art Education Center on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Upon successful completion of our Graduate Program, New Talent Stylists attend training classes taught by Lâ€™OrÃ©al Professional Artists every Thursday for eight weeks. The New Talent Classes also begin every February, July and October.

We also invite world-renowned Platform Artists to our Education Center twice a month to teach our entire staff of over 200 service providers. These Platform Artists are the best of the best in the industry worldwide.
