Best Styles for Medium Length Hair

With the growing number of celebrities opting for medium length hair cuts, it is no wonder that women everywhere are considering the possibilities for themselves. And, new styles are being produced that provide the edgy, chic look you are hoping for. Here is the list of our experts' ideas on the best styles for medium length hair:

  1. Curled-in bob with a center part. Kim Kardashian has made this look quite popular. It has an air of class while maintaining some natural feel.
  2. ‘90s curled under ends. Barbara Palvin rocks this look and adds a glossy shine that makes it all the more appealing.
  3. Pushed over the shoulder. Add some barrel waves like Sophie Turner and you have glam reminiscent of an Old Hollywood starlet.
  4. Add the headbands. Headbands are a great way to keep strays out of your eyes while allowing for other aspects of your do to frame your face. Taylor Swift has this look on point.
  5. Medium layered. When you are allowing your bangs to grow out, like Penelope Cruz, opting for medium layers can add the extra texture you need to hide the seemingly awkward phase.
  6. Teased bun. Add some medium length pieces at the front, hanging down, to frame your face and then, perhaps, a little curl for a Selena Gomez bohemian flair.
  7. Dipped ends. When you are between colors, consider dipping the ends of your hair in a lighter shade. You achieve the ombre appearance without having to do all the work to maintain it. Melissa McCarthy wears this look well.
  8. Center part on a blunt cut. This is an especially attractive style when you have wavy hair like Margot Robbie.
  9. Subtle layers. Take a tip from Winona Ryder by adding these to your medium hair to create a great background for your classic waves.
  10. Chin length shaggy cut. If you want some airiness to your look, some movement that catches attention, this is a superb option. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley seems to think so too.
  11. Highlight below the cheekbones. Placing highlights here allows whatever shade you choose to really stand out. Emma Stone's hair is a perfect example of this style.
  12. Wispy ends. Heavy hair is not desirable. A cut like this eliminates that weighed down look and provides plenty of volume. Just look at Rose Byrne's style if you don't believe us.
  13. Angled layers and fringe bangs. Felicity Jones sports this do and we find it stunning.
