As a front desk receptionist for Lords & Ladies, you represent us to everyone who walks through our doors or calls our salons. This is a significant responsibility because you make the first impression on our clients and in turn have an impact on their experience with our staff and services. • Be upbeat when you answer the phones
• Enthusiastically greet all clients
• Make clients feel comfortable and welcome in our salons while awaiting their services
• Utilize our appointment booking system accurately
• Assist clients who are purchasing our retail products
• Understand and adequately employ proper sales techniques
• Manage our product displays in the lobby
• Check-out customers
• Answer and process all salon emails throughout the day
• Handle any client special order requests
• Help with inventory as needed
• Balance your cash drawer between shift changes and at the end of the day
• Complete the daily tally sheets and closeout paperwork
