Nail Treatment. Most manicures last about thirty minutes while pedicures take slightly longer, lasting roughly forty-five minutes. We suggest that you don't cut or shape your nails prior to your appointment as our Nail Technicians are there to do that for you. Don't hesitate to voice your opinion when it comes to how your nails are shaped, what colors are applied, and whether the water temperature is suitable for you. Massage. If it is your first time getting a massage, the most uncomfortable aspect will be getting undressed. But we want you to be totally relaxed, so only undress to the point that you are at ease. We will provide you plenty of time and privacy to do so. Most times you will start your massage face down on our tables. You will be under a sheet or towel during the whole process. Be sure to tell our Massage Therapists what areas you would like to target and how much pressure you require. Also, drink a good deal of water after your massage as this will help flush out the toxins that may have been stimulated by the massage.

Facial. Similar to a massage, you will be asked to remove your clothes and get under a sheet. Our Esthetician will use a bright light to examine your skin carefully. Be sure to point out any problematic areas you would like the Esthetician to focus on. Your face will be cleaned and exfoliated based on your skin type. This may be slightly uncomfortable but should not be painful. Be sure to say something if it is. Extractions are followed by masks, and then you will receive a facial massage. The whole process takes about an hour but can vary based on what kind of service you have scheduled.
